RETURNS AND WARRANTY
We here at Blinds of Beauty ™ are committed to your satisfaction of your new products and will make your order to your specification.
We provided a 24 hour window to alter your order or cancel once your order has been submitted. Once your order arrives at your home (within 2-4 Weeks, as we make each order to your requirements) you will have 5 days to notify Blinds of Beauty ™ of any problems with your order.
Changes, Cancellations and Refunds:
Due to the fact that all of our products are custom made to your exact specifications, they cannot be used for resale in the ordinary course of business. With this in mind we ask that you please give consideration of making sure the information you enter is correct. Once your order is placed online, your credit card is automatically charged for the total sale price.
Cancellations and changes in orders can only be made for a period of 24 hours after your order is finalized. After the 24 hour period all orders are not returnable. In the event that you cancel your order during the 24 hour period, we will refund your money. Under no circumstance can we either refund any money or issue any credits for a credit card purchase if the cancellation or changes occurs at any time beyond this 24 hour period.
Inspection of Merchandise:
It is important that you inspect your merchandise as soon as you receive it and notify us immediately if the merchandise has been damaged in shipment. Blinds of Beauty are to be notified within 24 hours upon receive your order for damage due to shipping. If you do not notify us that the merchandise has been damaged in shipment during this 24 hour period we will not be available to replace said damaged shipment. All damaged shipments must be signed for as damaged.
All Blinds of Beauty products are custom made therefore delivery times given are estimates based on normal production and shipping times. Delivery times may vary depending on product. The estimated delivery times include working days after receipt of order excluding weekends, holidays and factory closing days. On occasions, there may be delays caused by out of stock merchandise, inventory taking, temporary factory overload, or other unforeseen problems.
Blinds of Beauty is not responsible for any damages done before or after installation of products. As fabric options change there is no way for us to provide a long term warranty of product. However, we choose fabrics that are durable and are able to handle daily use.
